Memory Carcass

Memory Carcass is a gallery and performance that examines memory by shifting the concept of “memory as a fixed point” towards memory as a narrative that is constantly evolving, often unconsciously, as we revisit and reinterpret our experiences. Just as the future is uncertain and open to endless possibilities, so too is the past, reconstructed in our minds with every recollection. Thus, time, in the context of our personal history, becomes a blend of fact and fiction, continuously rewritten by the very act of remembering.

The exhibition will feature a diverse range of mediums, including soft sculpture, movement, dance and language. Each contributing to a cohesive narrative that challenges and expands the viewer’s understanding of the past.
